Macaroni Next is a hands-on studio in Osaka, Japan, working with small and mid-sized businesses. We build websites and online stores, run e-commerce operations and marketing, produce creative, and automate workflows with AI. One small team covers everything from research to day-to-day operations.
What we do
Websites and online stores
Corporate sites, landing pages and online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce and more): planning, design and implementation, including multilingual setup, payments and shipping, and improvements after launch.
E-commerce operations and marketing
We review sales, traffic, email and ad data every month, propose improvements, and do the work: product listings, newsletters, social media and ads, and customer inquiries, including cross-border sales.
Creative production
Short social videos, banners and product images, articles and pitch decks, produced quickly and affordably by combining templates with AI.
Workflow automation and AI
Spreadsheet and Google Apps Script automation for reporting and alerts, AI work environments built around each business, and AI training with operating manuals, so small teams do less manual work.

A small team, built around AI
Our representative leads a small team with a designer and an engineer. We build AI tools, including Claude Code and Codex, into everyday research, production and operations, so a small team can cover everything from analysis to daily operations.
